Chewy says executive stole trade secrets before moving to Rival

Chewy, based in Dania Beach, Fla., accused Zackery Riley of violating the Defend Trade Secrets Act and breach of contract in his lawsuit, filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
